“OUT OF THE BOX”
HUDSON SPECIAL SPORTS As something “out of the box” in more senses than one, the latest Hudson Super Six special sports tourer is something to admire and hope to acquire. It is a long day since “Headlight” has seen anything to approach this luxurious tourer for beauty of line and general equipment. This tourer is a 29 h.p. job. The wheels are wire and there are six of them, a. spare on either side. The makers have masked size and strength by an appealing jauntiness, and every detail aids the ensemble of speed and grace. The windscreen of shatterproof glass folds over the front cowl if necessary. As a matter of fact, there is a tonneau cowl or rear apron also, surmounted by a windscreen, this cowl projecting well toward the rear seat over the feet of passengers. It is an ingenious comfort device. All the upholstery is of leather to match the body work. At the rear there is an elaborate large luggage trunk with special rack. Four double-acting hydraulic shockabsorbers are fitted. The car is attracting great attention at the showrooms of Dominion Motors, Ltd.
