OUTBURST OUTSIDE HOTEL Free indulgence of his feelings outside an hotel on Saturday cost James Wooley £2 and costs at the Police Court this morning, when he pleaded guilty ou a charge of using obscene language in Moore Street. Senior-Sergeant O'Grady reminded the court that Wooley, a ship’s fireman, aged 38, had been convicted on an assault charge only a few days ago. He had then offered as his excuse that he thought the man he assaulted was going to rob his mate. A request for time to pay was refused. and default of the fine was fixed at seven days’ imprisonment.
