THEFTS FROM CITY WAREHOUSE TWO SUSPECTS IN COURT "It is a family affair,” said De-tective-Sergeant Kelly, of two young men who wore charged at the Police Court this morning with theft from a warehouse. Albert Frederick Rousselle, a warelouseman. aged 28, was charged with dealing £35 from a city firm between August 30, 1923. and August 30, 1929. According to the charge, he had received the money on terms requiring him to account for it to his employers. Oswald Graham Sutton, a salesman, aged 24, was charged with stealing foods valued at £lO from the same trm between the same dates. There was an alternative charge of receiving. A remand until September 3 was made for Mr. Moody on behalf of Rousselle. Mr. Dickson asked for a umand until September 5 for Sutton, Sut Detective-Sergeant Kelly was of tie opinion that the two cases should taken on the same day. “I am informed that Rousselle is pleading sailty.” he said. Mr. Dickson agreed in a remand until September 3 and Sail was fixed for both accused in one wrety of £IOO each.
