COMING-OF-AGE PARTY
BRIGHT GATHERING AT CAMBRIDGE Mrs. George Deer. o£ Stafford Street, Cambridge, gave a jolly Mttle party recently in honour of the coming-of-age of her son. Percy. The dining room was gaily decorated with streamers, balloons and spring flowers. The hostess wore a gown of navy crepe fleuri and ecru lace. Among the guests were: Mrs. Wallace, Hamilton, who wore black crepe de chine, with sequin wrap; Mrs. A. Beer. Auckland, in navy crepe de chine; Mrs. A. Xodder, powder blue georgette; Mrs. Crook, Hamilton, cinnamon marocain; Mrs. N. R. Beer, french grey oharmeuse; Mrs. C. Green, who chose navy taffeta; Mrs. A. C. Beer, wearing ivory and scarlet crepe de chine; Miss Gwen Beer, in petunia crepe de chine and georgette; Miss Thelma Dodd, who had on navy crepe de chine and pink wrap; Miss E. Esmond, in beige bengaline; Miss G. Atkinson, wearing wine ring velvet; Miss Gladys Beer, brown velvet ! and beige lace; Miss A. Green, who wore j cedar rose jersey velour: Miss Iris Crook, i Hamilton, in ivory crepe de chine; Miss • Grace Beer, Auckland, ivory crepe de vhine, with lace medallions.
