PROMINENT PART IN SPORT Numerous presentations from members of the various organisations with which she was connected have been made during the past week to Miss Gladys Grebbie, assistant of the health and recreation department of the Y.W.C.A. Miss Grebbie is leaving Auckland to take a post as drill and games mistress at the Avonside Girls' High School, Christchurch. A prominent part in sport has been taken here by Miss Grebbie, who captained the tirst Auckland Grammar School old girls’ cricket team. She has been a member of the Auckland Basketball Association for a number of years, both as a player and as a referee.
