“The Wounds of Jesus” will be the subject taken by the Rev. Lionel B. Fletcher at the 11 a.m. service in the Beresford Street Congregational ■ Church tomorrow. At 7 p.m. the Rev. | A. V. Whiting will preach on “A Rest- ! ful Message to the Restless Soul.” Canon Fancourt will speak at both ! services at St. Alary’s Cathedral. At 11 a.m. he will speak on “True Re- : ligion,” and at 7 p.m. on “What It Is , to be a Christian.” Alorning and evening services at St. 1 Alatthew’s Church will be conducted by the Rev. F. Carew Thomas. The evening service will be broadcast from iya. Both services at the Pitt Street 1 Alethodist Church will be taken by ] the Rev. XV. Walker. In the evening : a memorial tablet to the late Rev. W. : Ready will be unveiled. Air. T. W. Silcock will speak on “A Alessage from the Soul” at 11 a.m. at the Auckland Higher Thought Temple. ' At 7 p.m. Air. AI. Walker will speak on “Patience.” * * * The seventy-fifth anniversary will be celebrated by special services at the AVaipu Presbyterian Church. At 11 a.m. the Rev. Angus MacDonald will speak, and at 7 p.m. the Rev. W. AlcDonald will preach. Patronal Festival will be celebrated at St. Aidan’s Church, Remuera. The archbishop will preach at 11 a.m., and at 7 p.m. Bishop Anderson will be the speaker The Rev. W. Gilmour will speak at both morning and evening services at the Edendale Presbyterian Church, and the Rev. .T. Pattison at both' services at the Somervell Presbj'terian Church, j Remuera. Both morning and evening services at the Grange Road Baptist Church will be conducted by the Rev. A. S. 1 Wilson. Airs. Harris-Roberts will speak on “The Seven Ages” at 7 p.m. at the Spiritual Scientists’ Church, Alackslvie Street, Ponsonby. The evening service at the Community Alission, Zealandia Hall, Dominion Road terminus, will be conducted by the Rev. George Jackson. The Rev. J. G. Hughes will be the’ preacher at 7 p.m. at the Progressive Chtjrch of Spiritualists, Alma Street. Newmarket.
