MACDONALD’S TALKS WITH DAWES STATEMENT NEXT WEEK British Official Wireless Reed. Noon. RUGBY, Friday. It was officially, stated in London today that, following upon his visit to the Prime Minister, Mr. Ramsay MacDonald, at midday yesterday, General C. G. Dawes, the United States Ambassador, again saw Mr. MacDonald at 10 o’clock last night. It is understood that their conversations regarding naval disarmament have now reached such a point that it is likely a public statement will be made next week.
