TALK TO JUNIOR UNITED PARTY MR. GREY CAMPBELL’S VIEWS Methods by which .he cities of New Zealand could be administered more efficiently were outlined by Mr. < trey Campbell at the fortnightly- luncheon ot the Junior United Party, held vesterday in the Model Tea Rooms. " Mr. C. K. Clarke, chairman, introduced Mr. Campbell as the youngest member of the Auckland Citv Council and expressed appreciation of the true civic spirit which* had impelled him to take such a full share in the government of the city. Mr. Campbell spoke briefly on the councils procedure and on municipal government generally in New Zealand He pointed out tlie need for some system of metropolitan government to replace the present costly and often - times inefficient control by manv small local oodles.
