fare-paying passenger, and the expression “fare” includes any cash remuneration or hire money. (3) £250 if the subscriber shall be killed or dies as the result of injuries received while entering or alighting from any stationary tram, train, steamer, ferry, or vehicle mentioned in clauses (1) and (2). (4) £SOO If the subscriber shall be killed or dies as the result of injuries received while travelling in or driving a passenger lift or elevator set apart for the use of passengers in a building used for residential or business purposes. Subscribers are not covered under this clause unless injured as the result of an accident happening to any such lift or elevator. (g) That the total liability In respect of claims arising out of any one railway accident or disaster which result in the death within thirty (30) days of more than one person shall not exceed the sum of £1.000; in any such event the said sum of one thousand pounds (£1.000) will be paid pro rata. (h) That the totaj liability In respect of claims arising out of any one accident or disaster, other than railway accidents which results tn the death within thirty days of more than one person shall not exceed tbe sum of one thousand pounds ( £1.000). In the event of such happening the said sura of one thousand pounds shall be paid pro rata. (i> That no compensation shall be payable for any accident happening while the subscriber is carrying another person or riding upon a luggage or pillioncarrier of a cycle or motor-bicycle. ij) That no compensation shall r»e payable for any accident sustained while the subscriber is in a state of intoxication or resuiting from suicide or attempt thereat, an overdose of drugs, insanity* war. riot, or civil commotion. (k) That In the event of any dispute between the subscriber and THE SUN as to whether such disablement render the holder temporarily or totally unable to follow his or h*r usual vocation. It is agreed that such dispute shall be referred to the decision of ;• medical referee to be nominated by the SUN. whose decision shall be binding upon the parties. (l) That the subscriber v.as not & cripple at the date of registration. (m) That the wife or husband of a Home Delivery Subscriber ordinarily residing with him or her shall be deemed to be Home Delivery Subscriber for all tb4 purposes of the coupon.
