(I) That no compensation shall be payable for any accident happening while the subscriber is carrying another person or riding upon a luggage or pinioncarrier of a cycle or motor-bicycle. (J) That no compensation shall be payable for any accident sustained while the subscriber Is in a state of intoxication or resulting from suicide or attempt thereat, an overdose of drugs. Insanity, war. riot, or civil commotion. (k) That in the event of any dispute between the subscriber and THE SUN as to whether 6uch disablement render the holder temporarily or totally unable to rollow his or her usual vocation. (l) That the subscriber was not a cripple at the date of registration. (m) That the wife or husband of a Hora4 Delivery Subscriber ordinarily residing with him or her shall be deemed to be a.
