TRAGIC DISCOVERY
GIRL FINDS MOTHER KILLED WITH RIFLE FATHER POISONED ADELAIDE, Tuesday. A terrible tragedy is reported from Coekburn, near Broken Hill.
Mrs. Clara Crowe, aged 35, was found dead in bed ■with a rifle bullet in her head, which had also been injured with an axe. The woman’s husband, David Crowe, a railway porter, was found in the house suffering from the effects of poison. He is. in a critical condition. The tragedy was discovered by the 13-year-old daughter of the couple.
