TAURANGA INTESTS
The Tauranga Chamber of Coramerco has decided to ask the Hospital Board to take steps to oppose the Waihi’s board’s petition asking to have Katikati district separated from the Tauranga Hospital Board and joined with Wuihi. The executive was instructed at the meeting of the chamber to make arrangements for holding a business men’s picnic during the coming summer. It was stated that as a result of the conference called by the chamber, strong representations had been made regarding the completion of the Kaimai Iload. The Tauranga Bowling Club’s bail, held in the Town Hall on Monday evening, was a complete success.
