The new Vehicle Act of California prohibits the operation of speed traps by police.
It is reported that the municipal authorities of Brussels have refused the application of a company to run a fleet of side-car taxis in that city.
Motor-cycles were used extensively during the French Army manoeuvres. Armoured side-car outfits and others equipped with radio sets were features.
As an indication of the great interest taken in America in stock car tests, 30,000 people attended a stock care rase at the Atlantic City Speedway recently.
