Nettlefold beat Sawyers, 2 and 1. Ryan beat Adams. 5 and 3. Winser beat Schlapp, 3 and 2. Hattersley beat McGuinne.ss, 2 and 1. In the professional championship McIntosh l New Zealand) met Spence and lost at the 37th hole. Mclntosh was two up at the end of the first round. Spence was level at the 36th hole. At the 37th hole Mclntosh put his second shot through the g*een and took 5, and lost the hole Bissett beat Corry, 2 and 1; Howard beat Robertson, 7 and 6; Stewart beat Lefevre, 4 and 3; McMahon beat Heard, 5 and 4; James beat Eyre, 2 tip.
