PUZZLE COMPETITION
The prizes in the last picture puzzle competition have been won by: BRENDA HELLABY, 197 Remuera Road, Auckland, aged 11. PHYLLIS SUTHERLAND, Alison Avenue, Ellerslie, aged 14. GRACE BROWN, 31 Faulder Avenue, Grey Lynn, aged 11. Nearly accurate entries were also received from Alan Dale, Morningside; June Garland, Ellerslie; Walter Palmer, Kingsland; Delma Shultz, Takapuna; Patricia Curran, Herne Bay; Mavis Hunter, Otorohanga; Eric McDonell, Cambridge; William Stuart. Morningside; Horace Rutherford, Avondale; Eileen Proud, Remuera; Douglas Rogers, Ellerslie; Margo Hemphill, Remuera; Una Marett, Grey Lynn; and Con Burke, Ellerslie. Many competitors neglected to write “Puzzle Competition” on their envelopes. This is of the utmost importance as only entries so marked are judged in the puzzle competitions.
