Successful Evening at the Click Clack PRESENTATION OF TROPHIES The Click Clack Cabaret was the scene of a very enjoyable evening yesterday, when the Auckland Toy Dog Club held another social and dance. An interesting feature of the evening. was the distribution of trophies won during the past year. Mrs. G. Herbert, the wife of the club president, presented the trophies. Mr. R. Morgan’s orchestra provided a bright programme of dance music. AMONG THOSE PRESENT Mrs. G. Herbert’s gown was of black georgette and gold lace. Mrs. Why man wore a becoming frock of ravenswing blue satin faille. Mrs. G. Hunt’s frock of deep burgundy crepe de soie was relieved with silver. Mrs. Wrennall had on a black georgette gown embroidered with jet beads. Mrs. Moore chose a blue and maizegold embossed georgette gown. Mrs. Baggott was in a black flowered crepe de chine frock. Mrs. McGann’s gown of cream lace was worn over duchess blue. Mrs. J. Cowley's gown of ivory georgette was embroidered with silver and irridescent sequins. Mrs. Horspool chose a crepe de soie frock of palest capucine. Mrs. Harp wore a smart lace gown of ravenswing blue and gold. Mrs. Summerhayes was in a chiffon frock of palest daffodil yellow. Mrs. R. Jones had on a silver lace gown worn over forest green chiffon. Mrs. E. Asher chose a flowered ring velvet gown with uneven length skirt. Mrs. M. Howard’s gown was of absinthe green satin charmeuse. Mrs. Braitliwaite’s gown was of black georgette with silver beaded embroideries. Mrs. Futcher’s smart gown was of black and ivory ring velvet. Mrs. Michaels had chosen a black georgette frock emboridered with silver beads. Miss Mahoney was in an uneven length frock of capucine chiffon. Miss W. Summerhayes wore a bouffant frock of pale mimosa yellow taffeta. Miss Gladys Wade’s ivory chiffon frock was worn with a Chinese red flowered wrap. Miss E. Wood’s smart gown .was of black ring velvet. Miss I. Summerhayes was frocked in gentian blue taffeta and silver lace. Miss Adeane’s frock of peach pink chiffon was relieved with sage green. Miss O. Braithwaite had chosen a frock of deep orchid chiffon. Miss M. Robinson’s frock waß of pistache green taffeta. Miss Jamieson had on a pompadour pink crepe de soie frock. Miss Howard chose a pastel pink georgette frock of uneven length.
