I 1 I DURHAM APPLE TART | the following: Two H large apples, chopped fine or g grated, ‘Jo: 1 butter {melted), H one egg well beaten, one cup sugar , H one lemon rind and juice. Stir H well. Line a plate with pastry, g put in the mixture and cover with H a lid of pastry; brush oxer with g glazing, dust with icing sugar, and H bake in a moderate oven. g
