FAILED TO APPEAR IN COURT Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, Wednesday, hen Albert Holt was called in the Supreme Court today to answer a charge of assault on a female, there was no appearance of accused. The Crown Prosecutor stated that accused had absconded from bail, and a warrant had been issued on Monday for his arrest, on the application of his surety. The Crown Prosecutor applied that the bail be estreated, but at the request of counsel for the surety his Honour agreed to hold over his decision*
