JUTE WORK HRS’ STRIKE. —The ‘'alcutta Jute Workers’ Union accepted the employers’ terms for a settlement the strike, but the mills could not be opened today because of the workers’ failing to understand those terms. All the men are expected to be back at "ork shortly. The strike has cost the Workers £140,000 in lost wages.—A. and N.Z.-p.A
