MATAMATA CROQUET CLUB
(From Our Own Correspondent) MATAMATA, Tuesday. At the annual meeting: cf the Alatamata Croquet Clu'q, the following officers were elected:—President, Mrs. W. Crabbe; vice-presidents, Mesdames A. Stewart and I". Darby: secretary, Airs. E. Brunton; treasurer. Airs. H. J. Buckley; committee, Alesdames AlcKerrow, Oates, Gordon, Pickup and Swinbourne; match committee. Alesdames Crabbe and Hitchcock: greenkeeper, Airs. Gordon. A vote of thanks was passed to Airs. E. C. Young, Mr. G. H. Hawes and Alessrs. Bowler Bros, for assistance during the past season. The club has purchased an adjoining section for green extension.
