Over a 21$-mile course, the Taumarunui Cycle Club’s road race on Saturday resulted:—Moore (scr.), 69m, 1; A. Frederickson (480 s), 72s 475, 2; J. Frederickson (90s), 77m 255, 3. Championship Cup points: Moore, 21; Dowman, 15; Fraser, 12. Junior Race (three miles).—Leydon (30s), 10m 375, 1; Cooper (scr.), llrn 275. 2; McMillan (30s), 3. A 70-mile road race championship is being arranged for Labour Day.
