DAIRY MANAGERS
CONFERENCE NEXT MONTH Auckland provincial dairy factory managers will meet in Auckland for the spring conference on September 5. The conference will be held in the King’s Wharf grading stores. The principal business of the morning session, commencing at 9.30 o’clock, will be examination of export butter and cheese and individual and group discussion with the graders. The afternoon will be occupied with a general discussion on quality problems. The delegates will be the guests of the Farmers’ Trading Co.. Ltd., at luncheon. Dairy factory assistants will have a grading conference at the Farmers’ Freezing Works on September 12.
