THIEF AND RECEIVER
Press Association NAPIER, Friday. Sentences were passed today in the Supreme Court on Timothy John Daly, who had pleaded guilty to a charge of having stolen £SO from a camp cook at Wairoa, and Frank Chapman, who had been found guilty of receiving stolen money from Daly. Daly was sentenced to imprisonment for 18 months, and Chapman to 12 months.
