ATTRACTIVE CARDS
THE Auckland Trotting Club has lost no time in issuing its programme for the 1929-30 season, and while as mentioned on Wednesday in the presidential address of Mr. J. Rowe, the stakes hsive been reduced, the various cards are still of a highly attractive nature. To compensate for the reduction, which was only effected under stress of circumstances, the limits generally have been slightly extended while the inclusion of a 3.36 improvers’ event at the spring fixture will meet with the approval of all interested in the game. A comprehensive review of the various schedules will be given by ‘Abaydos” in Monday’s issue of THE SUN.
