Mrs. Lloyd Francis is spending a few j days at Putaruru. Mrs. A. Aiken, of Auckland, is at s the Hamilton Hotel. Mrs. O’Sullivan, of Pukemiro, has | returned from a visit to Auckland. 1 Miss Collins, of Remuera. is the guest of Mrs. E. Cavanagh in Ngaruawahia. Mrs. Holman. J.P., of Middlesex, England, is visiting Auckland and is at Arundel. Mrs. J. Atkinson has returned to her home in Claudelands from a visit to Auckland. Mrs. James Barr, Mount Eden, is the guest of Mrs. M. Simmonds in Hamilton. Mr. Harold Schmidt and Miss Nancy Schmidt left by the Limited last night on a trip through the South Island. Mrs. E. B. Walker, of Parahi, who has been visiting friends in Te Awamutu and Hamilton, returned to Auckland today.
