JUDGMENT FOR £469 Judgment for £469, the full amount claimed, was given by Mr. Justice Herdman in the Supreme Court yesterday in favour of Thomas Holdsworth, Ltd. (Mr. Bagnall) in the action against Philip Schneideman (Mr. Singer). The claim covered the cost of alterations to the interior of defendant’s Queen Street shop In Palmerston Buildings carried out last year. The hearing of evidence extended over two days, plaintiff being awarded the full amount of the claim, with costs.
