HANY handsome tributes were paid yesterday by members of the Auckland Trotting Club to the splendid services rendered to the club and the sport by Mr. John Rowe during his 25 years’ tenure of the office of president. Members in offering Mr. Rowe congratulations on his silver jubilee, expressed the hope that he would long continue to occupy the presidency.
