CARS TAKEN FROM DANCE

ONE NOT YET RECOVERED (From Our Own Correspondent) XEW PLYMOUTH, Wednesday. Th.r.ee cars parked outside the Mangratoki Hall while a dance was going l on last evening were interfered with, and two of them were removed, one being still missing. A large sedan car owned by Mr. W. E. Carter, chairman of the Mangatoki branch of the Farmers’ Union, was taken, and has not yet been recovered. A car belonging to Mr. C. Carlson was taken away, but th» lights fused, and the vehicle was abandoned in a gully not far away. A third car had its locked doors broken open, but the ignition key was in its owner’s pocket, so that- it could not be taken away.
