LIVE ORGANISATION FORMED In response In) :1 general appeal, there was a gathering of more than 50 old-time Soccer players at the Y.l\rI.C.A. last evening. when it was decided to form a. Soccer Old Boys' Association in Auckland, A representative list of officials and executive was agreed to by the meeting. Some of those accepting office are original pioneers of the Seccer code in various districts. 'E\lr. C. S. Lees occupied the chair, and it was resolved to limit membership to former active players and referees.
The following officials were elected: —Patron, Mr. Goo. McMillan; president, Dr. Neil McDougall; vice-presi—-dents. Blessrs. Bagrie. A. Baker. J. Fletcher, Glajster and H. S. \V’. King. Committee.-——F. Baker. 11. Boyne, Be!— ‘lamy, F. Cash, L. U H. Dawson, \V. E. Grant, J. Hollows. Hickman, Jacobs. )larshall, vLee-s. F. Ritchie, H. Riddolls) Skipper. C. W'ebster.
Secretary, Mr. R. Taklc: treasurer, Mr. XV Smithyman. A suggestion for a. Dominion organisation was considered and left to the executive, and arrangements for a. reunion of all old-time Soccer enthusiasts on the first suitable occasion was also referrod to the new committee.
