MAN THROWS AN INKWELL (From Our Own Correspondent) HAMILTON, Today. So annoyed was John Joseph *Blennerhassett after he had had a few drinks ®n Saturday night, that he hurled an inkwell at the head of the barman who refused him more liquor. Fortunately. Blennerhassett’s arm was unsteady, the shot missing its mark. Blennerhassett pleaded guilty to assault and disorderly behaviour in tfc*Police Court, before justices. Witnesses testified that accused was a returned soldier and quiet and decent as a rule, but he became violent when drunk. He was fined £2 on I one charge, and convicted and discharged on the, other. ;i condition ! being that he takes out a prohibition order. I
