POST BOX ROBBED

THIEVES AT WAITARA (From Our Oven Correspondent) NEW PLYMOUTH, Today. Following the recent thefts from post-boxes at New Plymouth, a box in Queen Street, Waitara, was broken open on Thursday night. The box was cleared officially at 3.30 p.m. on Wednesday and the theft was not discovered till Thursday morning. Judging from the usual quantities of mail collected from that bbx it is not thought that the thieves secured much.
