Rehearsals are progressing very satisfactorily for the production of • General Post,” by the "King's Players” -nd an excellent performance is assured for the presentation of this witty play, which commences its three Tuirhts season on Thursday. August 15. The east consists of well known Auckland amateurs, from whom the iublio has learned to expect good S-ork including Margot Finlayson, vthel Rae, James Swan, Montague Steel Fred McCallum, John Stewart and Hamish Henderson. The box plan, which is rapidly filling, is on view at Lewis Eady’s, and the ,'pCJI, King’s College Swimming Raths and King’s School Chapel funds Should benefit very considerably as a result of this effort.
