WOMEN’S INTER-CLUB MATCH
In the women’s inter-club match between Titirangi and One Tree Hill, tho former won by 7 matches to 4. Results are as follow. One Tree Hill players being mentioned first: Miss K. Horton lost to Mrs. Hoskins, 4 and 3; Mrs. I. B. Stewart lost t*» Mrs. Bannister, 2 and 1; Mrs. O’Leary beat Mrs. Alison, 2 up; Miss A. Gro’v e lost to Miss Bray, 1 down; Miss J:. McCabe beat Miss Grierson, 4 and 2; Miss G. Easton lost to Miss Goldwate-, 4 and 2; Miss Maslett lost to Mrs. Johnston, 6 and 5; Miss Churton beat Ferguson, 3 and 2. In the foursomes. The second round of the C grade eclectic match will be held en Tuesday, players to choose partners. WAITEMATA LADIES’ CLUB The L.G.U. medal round, postponed from Wednesday. will played by members of the Waitemata Ladies’ Golf Club on Monday. Entries for the club championship will close on the sanva day. and a C grade medal round will also be played. On Wednesday the second round of the club trophy will be decided. MAUNGAKIEKIE CLUB The qualifying rounds of 36 holes for the championships will be played Of members of the Maungakiekie Golf Club next Saturday. The seniors, 12 and under, will play at the Titirangi link*:. The juniors, 13 and over, and the Cl grade, over 18, will be played at both links, eight to oualify in each gra d<» at each links.
