FIRST ROUND MATCHES SARGOOD’S BIG WIN Scenes of great enthusiasm marked th© opening of the 1929 season of the Auckland Business Houses Rugby Competition at Victoria Bark yesterday afternoon. Three games were played in ideal Kugby weather on sodden grounds. Wins during the afternoon were scored by John Court, Ltd., Sargood, Son and Ewen, and Milne and Choyce. Several of the teams numbered Auckland representative and senior competition players among their ranks, and in every case they proved an added attraction.
