QUIET MCTNING AT RICCARTON Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, Today. This morning’s work at Riccarton was devoid of interest. There were plenty of horses on the ground, but steady pacing on the sand track comprised practically all that was done. Lancer and Nine of Spades jumped eight hurdles well at a fair speed, Lancer drawing away at the finish. Rangi Sarto, Aurora Borealis. Shortly and Courageous arrived from the North tliis morning.
