OPPOSING CREDITOR

BANKRUPT AND REQUEST FOR DISCHARGE Although no resolution has passed by the creditors of Douglas Armishaw bankrupt baker, of Point Chevalier a meeting yesterday afternoon, one creditor stated that it was intended to oppose an application for discharge It was an adjourned meeting creditors desiring to examine the bankrupt further. Armishaw was sub jected to persistent questioning ‘and admitted that he had not explained all the facts of his position to one sun plying firm. 'They did not ask me" he said. Two solicitors appeared for bank rupt, and a lively discussion was sei up. 1 Armishaw owed £204 13s 4d to un secured creditors, and his assets were £6. A statement given at a former meeting was read.
