(Australian and 27. Z. Press Association) Reed. 9 a.m. LONDON, Monday. -It is learned that Odham's Tress, proprietors of the newspaper, “John Bull,” are purchasing the "'Daily Herald,” subject to the approval of the Trades Union Congress. The Labour paper’s political character will not be changed.
