I COMMISSIONER HAY TO LEAVE DOMINION DEPARTURE IN OCTOBER Press Association WELLINGTON. Today. Commissioner Hay, head of the Salvation Army in New Zealand, has received orders from General E. J. Higgins to "take farewell of his command and to be ready to proceed to a new and important appointment in October." says announcement issued from headquarters of the Salvation Army in Wellington. "During the last three years," the an - nouncement continues, "some important advances, both in spiritual and social work, have taken place In the Army's activities. Commissioner and Mrs. l!av will be saying good-bvo at many centres, and in October will conduct concluding meetings in Wellington. The new leader for the Dominion will shortly be announced."
