RATES OF 3d. IN £
CHRISTCHURCH VALUATIONS Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, Today. A general rate of approximately 3d in the pound on unimproved value was decided upon at a meeting of the City Council. The rate will be levied on new valuations and is estimated to produce £147.536. Last year a general rate- of 3 3-8 d was levied on old valuations, and it was estimated to produce £125,079.
