Click Clack Cabaret

Enjoyable Evening A large number of dancers attended the Click Clack Cabaret on Saturday evening, and a party of officers from the Tourville were also present. Mr. Clyde Howley’s Famous Internationals were in gtsod form and featured a new number called “The 'Wedding of the Painted Doll." Miss Gwenth Macnaughton and her pupils gave an exhibition of the ’Varsity Drag and Miss Macnaughton gave a solo Spanish dance, which was much appreciated. AMONG THOSE PRESENT * Mrs. F. V. Hilliard had on a smart black crepe de sole gown of uneven length. Mrs. Howard Norton chose leaf green georgette with autumn leaves appliqued to the petalled skirt. Mrs. Collings was in palest nile green crepe de soie. A smart gown of ivory satin relieved with apple green was worn by Mrs. I. Jennings. Mrs. 11. Ceilings was in leaf green georgette, with deep shadow hem of line gold lace. Miss Dorothy Fenton was in peach lace over crepe de chine, with large taffeta bow at back. The vandyked hem of Miss Edwina Foote’s primrose georgette frock was defined with narrow frills. Mile. Fionie Mimardiere was in a black, gold embossed net frock, worn over black satin, with hip bow. Miss Gwenth MacXaugliton chose amethyst ring velvet with a two-tiered , georgette skirt, dipping gracefully at the ! back. Miss Molly Needham’s frock was of wedgwood blue and silver lame, with hem j of white fur. Miss Spencer chose a black georgette 1 frock with cherry pipings. Miss Aubrey was in lupin blue ring velvet. SHELL PINK CHIFFON Miss Lenore Mason had chosen shell pink chiffon with frilled skirt dipping to the wearer's ankles at the back. Miss Gwen Cook was in briar rose chenille and georgette. Miss L. Reilly’s frock of embroidered silk net was worn over shell pink satin. Miss A. Young chose nile green chiffon appliqued with rosebuds. Miss O. Norman was in ivory charmeuse and lace. Miss R. Mitchell was in larkspur blue lace frock with a tulle bow of buttercup yellow. Miss Leaning chose marigold taffeta. Miss McGuire was in deep burgundy red taffeta. Miss L. Harding wore sunset pink georgette embroidered with opalescent sequins. Miss Hall wore lemon tinted chenille with gracefully dipping skirt of georgette. Miss McGruer was in cyclamen georgette and silver lace. b Miss Ireland chose lido blue georgette of uneven length. Miss Gladys Brown’s frock was of black georgette with black and gold embossed lace overskirt. Miss Merle Dodd was in gold lame and , canary tulle with long frilled skirt. Miss M. Danglow was in cherry georgette and shoulder spray. Miss L. O'Shanassy was in absinthe green crepe de chine with tulle skirt. Miss M. O’Shanassy chose eau de nil taffeta and lace. Miss L. Stanaway’s frock was of velvet and taffeta with a lavender hip bow. Miss "Woods wore french blue and silver lame with blue chiffon velvet. Miss H. Mcllroy chose cameo pink taffeta and georgette. Miss Regan wore a pretty frock of cameo pink taffeta. Miss B. Douglas chose a cloth of gold | gown.
