Children of lo and under may join Happy Town. Stories, poems, etc., should be written on only one side of th* paper, with the name, aye and address of the competitor on the top right-hand corner of the first sheet. In the case of stories or essays the number of words should be stated. Painting, needlework and puzzle entries should bare name, age and address attaehed. Only original matter should oe submitted for competitions. Hun beams sending in jokes, riddles or other copied matte,- should state the source. MEMBERSHIP CARDS T wish to join Happy Town.
