HELENSVILLE HOLDS GAY FUNCTION TWO HUNDRED GUESTS Two ':undrcd guests were present at the 46th anniversary ball of the Court Star of Helensville No. 6693, held at Helensville. Tho District Chief Ranger, Bro. A. G. Osborne, members from the various city courts, and a representative number from the ladies’ court. Court Alaido Alarion, were present. The much-appreciated music was supplied by Alorrow’s Orchestra. Among those present were; Airs. Beveridge, in mauve crepe de chine, black silk shawl; Airs. G. TV. Taylor, wearing black georgette, rhinestone trimmings, apricot french shawl; Aliss Nellie Shanks, in cream georgette; Airs. O. It. Shanks, who wore white crepe de chine ar.d silver lace and frills; Aliss J. Eddlestan, in a frock of apple green georgette with rose on hip; Aliss Aiavis llinds, in apricot taffeta trimmed gold lace underskirt, and tiny frills; Aliss J. E. Hinds, who wore rose crepe de chine, trimmed silver lace, and shoulder posy; Aliss N. Russell, wearing flame velvet trimmed with silver and silver posy at waist; Aliss Rita Bradly, in cream and blue lace, with uneven hemline, black shawl.
