SUBURBAN THEATRES
At the Prince Edward Theatre this evening the films are to be “Saturday’s Children” (Corinne Griffith) and “The Joker” (Henry Edwards). The Grey Lynn Cinema is showing “Not Quite Decent” (June Collyer and Louise Dresser) and “The Farmer’s Wife” (Lillian Hall-Davis and Jameson Thomas). At the Parish Hall, Devonport, the films to be screened this evening are “Why Be Good” (Colleen Moore) and “The Night Bird” (Reginald Denny). At the Foresters’ Hall, Birkenhead, the pictures will be “Bare Knees” (Virginia Lee Corbin) and one of the “Collegians” series.
