Ryan is aen said to have attempted to strike , neighbour, but when Mrs. Ryan tepped in between them he staggered 011 t 0 the footpath and collapsed. Constable Boag arrived and found vjmi unconscious. He was attended s>y5 >y r - R- Warnock and then removed to the Auckland Hospital.
