PROPERTY SALES AND PRICES Three properties put up for auction by Samuel Vaile and Sons, Ltd., were sold this afternoon. All three sales were made at the request of the mortgagee. A piece of land carrying a sevenroom* d house and having a frontage of SSft 6in and a depth of 132 ft at 4 Dryden Street. Grey Lynn, was sold for £SSO \ five-roomed house on a section of one rood and l-10th of a perch in Methuen Road, Avondale, was bought for TJ62O, and a seven-roomed house on a section of 24 perches at the high end of Hinemoa Street, Birkenhead, fetched £1,406.
