other person shall also be deemed a fare-paying passenger, and the expression "fare” includes any cash remuneration or hire money. (3) £250 if the subscriber shall be killed or dies as the result of injuries received while entering or alighting from any stationary tram, train, steamer, ferry, or vehicle mentioned in clauses (1) and (2).
