CYCLISTS DISSATISFIED
ROAD CHAMPIONSHIP RACE i Jf Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, Wednesday. The action of the New Zealand Athletic, Cycling and Axemen’s Union in allotting the New Zealand road cycling championship to the Taranaki centre for its rouud-the-mountain race, was the subject of a strong complaint at a meeting tonight of the North Canterbury centre. This championship formerly has always been allotted in connection with the Timaru-to-Christ-church road race. It was decided that the New Zealand Union be asked to reconsider its decision.
