Two Nationals and Cup
T HE UranU National Steeplechase and Winter Cup (run on the opening hay) and the Grand National Hurdles (run on the second day) comprise the popular treble that at the present time is intriguing early speekers. These are the leading contests at tlie Canterbury Jockey Club’s winter meeting at Riccarton on Tuesday Thursday and Saturday. August 13, 15 and 17.
