GUERILLA WARFARE
CHINESE-RUSSIAN ROW SHIFTED
REDS AND WHITES FIGHTING (United P.A.—By Telegraph — Copyright) \ Reed. 9.40 a.m. SHANGHAI, Wed. The threatened conflict between China and Russia now appears to have changed to a series of clashes between Whites and Reds along the border. The former are adopting guerilla warfare, and ambushing small parties of Reds in isolated districts. I T is reported that 100 Whites trapped by Reds in a village north of Vladivostok were all wounded or killed. The departure of a Chinese delegation to Manchuli today for the purpose of negotiating with the Soviet has been confirmed from Chinese foreign official sources.
RESERVISTS CALLED
SOVIET MUSTERING \ MUST REJOIN ARMIES (Australian, and N.Z. Press Association) Reed. 1. p.m. RIGA, Wednesday. The commander of the Soviet forces in Siberia has ordered reservists born since 1902 and living in the Far East to rejoin the armies stationed in Vladivostok, Bkaharovski and Chita districts.
