MISSING WOMAN

LEFT HOME TO VISIT DOCTOR UNKEPT APPOINTMENT A young woman of 22 years has been missing since yesterday afternoon and her friends have become alarmed at her absence. She is Miss Edna Kerr, who resides with Mrs. Tappenden, of Kimberley Road, Epsom. Yesterday afternoon, at about two o'clock, Miss Kerr left Mrs. Tappenden’s house to visit a doctor in the city. When she did not return later inquiries were made, and it was found that she had not kept her appointment with the doctor. Miss Kerr is subject to fits, and it is thought that she may have been overcome by a sudden attack. She is short and stout in build and when she left home was wearing a grey costume, light stockings and black shoes.
